Language update - Portuguese

The Fenomy web app is now available in Portuguese. As the Fenomy project grows in scope, a new language has been added to the web app. Due to the Fenomy project's expansion into Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Venezuela), we have added Portuguese and Spanish for the convenience of all interested parties.

These countries have now been prioritized for the implementation and reach of the Fenomy project. Following that, the app, as well as all other Fenomy-related projects, will be available in Portuguese and Spanish, respectively.
