Custimizing the Peoples Dispatch tool

The People's Dispatch tool is a decentralized community of system members who are willing to receive and accept requests from strangers, including those with whom they have no relations.

The settings for becoming a community participant are now available in the mobile and web apps. 

Members who choose to participate in the "People's dispatch" community will receive additional system rewards, and program participants will see and affect their "Fenomy Reputation".
