Options added to custimize the Peoples Dispatch tool

The People's Dispatch tool is a decentralized community of system members that are ready to receive and accept requests from strangers, including those who do not have any relations in their circles.

The settings to become a participant in the community are now available in the mobile and web apps. 

Members that chose to participate in the “People's dispatch” community will receive extra rewards and in addition, participants of the program will see and affect in their  “Fenomy Reputation”.
