New exchange rules

New exchange rules start to apply on August 1 2022.

Main changes:
- The minimum exchange amount is 50 FNM.
- FNM → FENOMY BEP20 exchange percent decreased from 10% to 7%. This will apply until November 1.
- It is now possible to exchange the full balance, provided it is more than 50 FNM

The exchange can be carried out through your personal account via web app.
