We have updated the Fenomy Helpdesk!


The Helpdesk not only got a facelift and full redesign but the team has solved issues within the helpdesk system. It is now more convenient to search news that the end user wants to see, the addition of new filters has added the ability to filter by category and time, at the same time. Creating a ticket is now easier and faster than before.  


The update includes: 

  •  new updated interface
  •  improved user experience
  •  advanced search options
  •  improved “create ticket” functionality
  •  improved navigation
